Instructions

• Read the terms and conditions on the right and check the box at the end to accept them.
• Fill in your contact name, email address and web site domain which will contain your Sudoku page, eg microsoft.com
• Click the submit button.
• You will then be given the code to embed in your page.

Terms And Conditions

By checking the box below, you (LICENCEE) agree to these terms and conditions.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

DKM Software Pty Limited (LICENSOR) will provide suitable LICENCEES, free of charge, the code to link the DKM Sudoku program (SOFTWARE PRODUCT) in any web page on the LICENCEE's web site. This code, in conjunction with software residing on the LICENSOR's web server, will allow end users to generate and solve Sudoku puzzles interactively on the web page.

2. SUITABILITY OF LICENCEE

The LICENCEE warrants that the web site to contain the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not involved with pornography, illegal downloads, warez or any other unsuitable content. The LICENSOR has the unequivocal right to ban any site it deems unsuitable at any time.

3. COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by DKM Software Pty Limited. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions and may not be modified or disassembled in any way.

4. TERMINATION

a) The LICENSOR reserves the right to terminate this agreement at its own discretion provided it notifies the LICENSEE with 30 (thirty) days written notice. This precludes those LICENCEES deemed unsuitable (see clause 2).

b) The LICENCEE may choose to terminate this agreement at any time.

5. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DKM Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product, or the termination of this agreement.
